What is Seva? (True Service)

Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba says that actions are of two kinds - one that binds and the other that liberates. Seva or selfless service is an action that liberates. In this short documentary, Bhagawan dilates on this all-important topic of Seva, how it should be performed, and what are its benefits. This message of Seva comes to life in Prasanthi Nilayam, Bhagawan Baba’s ashram in the hamlet of Puttaparthi, as thousands of Seva Dal (volunteers) come to Prasanthi from different parts of India and offer their selfless and devotion filled service. In this documentary, we also present glimpses of their inspiring service, personal experiences and learnings.
